I stayed here for one night after a long flight, and while my room in the Junior Suite was spacious, it had some upkeep issues, like stains on the linens and a bathtub that wasn't quite up to par. The location was slightly farther from the airport than I expected, taking about 30 minutes by shuttle, but the shuttle service was friendly and responsive to my messages. I appreciated the comfortable bed and decent cleanliness, which helped me rest before my next journey.

Strategic, exceptionally nice location short walk to the tower, the airport on next day and the free airport shuttle. Also, in the business centre. Excellent service offered, decent sized and brand-new room with a big shower, king bed. Paid IDR -2147483648.

Overall best possible location close to the runway, terminal, and the airport, which is in normally around 30 minutes distance.

Quite poor area.

Check-in went smoothly, and I appreciated the early availability of my room even for a small fee. The Royal suite upgrade was a fantastic surprise. The room had a comfortable layout with nice amenities. Staff were helpful, assisting with transportation arrangements to nearby malls. Room service was prompt, and I found the food delicious. On the downside, the hotel shows signs of wear and tear. In my room, I noticed some upkeep issues. I encountered a couple of cockroaches , unsettling. The location is a bit isolated, made exploring a bit challenging.

Utilize the airport shuttle service early and confirm timing to avoid delays upon arrival.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the fun at Ancol Dreamland. There were rides perfect for my two young kids, and the staff was helpful . It was nice to have spacious rooms.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly menu options.
